Hurray! The result for the Humourous and Evaluation Speech Contest (HSEC) is out. For Humourous Speech Contest:- Victor as Champion for Humorous speech ~ Han as First Runner up for Humourous Speech ~ Champion: Victor Ong, DTM First Runner up: Han Lee Hwee, ACS, ALB For Evaluation Speech Contest:- Pei Lim, our president as Champion  ~ Victor as First Runner Up ~ Beng Chung as Second Runner Up ~ Champion: Ting Pei Lim, CC, CL   First Runner up: Victor Ong, DTM  Second Runner up: Ong Beng Chung, CC  Yesterday, we have a good number of people turn out to support the contestants. Aloha everyone! Our club is having Humorous Speech and Evaluation Contest in two weeks' time.   Date : 26/8/14 (Tuesday) Time : 7.30 p.m. (refreshment starts at 6.45 p.m.) Venue : Kelab Sukan IJM-Cobra Do come and support us! Hope to see you there!  =D  

We have just finished our toastmasters meeting today. It was an exuberant evening ignited by exciting line of table topic and prepared speech speakers, evaluators and our energetic Madam General Evaluator, Grace Tan, ACB, CL. KK Ng, CTM was our table topic master of the day. We have 5 speakers took part in the table topic session today. They are Dr Devi, DTM, Ailin, CC, Raja Mohan (guest), Karen Sze Tho, CC and Jeremy, TM. Dr Devi shared that in order to achieve our dream we need to think out of the box, Raja Mohan on the need to act on the dream to make it a reality, Ailin on seeing the dream within, Jeremy on how to plan to achieve our dream and lastly, Karen shared on living out our dream. Today we have three speakers delivering their prepared speeches.
