I have truly witnessed the quality of Toastmasters at the recent International Toastmasters Convention 2014 (“ITC 2014”) held from 20th – 23rd August 2014 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. As a first timer to the ITC 2014, I was excited to experience the educational and leadership programmes in store and to meet new friends. On the second day of the convention, after a delightful shopping spree for our Taman Indrahana club's inventory at the Toastmasters Marketplace, I entered a hall to attend an educational talk. Suddenly, I realized that I had lost one of my bags (Oh no !). I remembered I left it at the Toastmasters Marketplace.
