Toastmaster of the Year -Lim Thian Seng,ACS

We are pleased to announce that Lim Thian Seng, ACS had been selected as the Toastmaster of the Year by the Executive Committee. The selection was based on the Outstanding Toastmaster guidelines By Toastmaters International. This award recognises a member whose educational accomplishements, club service, dedication and enthusiasm are exceptional.

Thian Seng has taken active roles in club meetings and also achieved the Advanced Communicator Silver award. He has also participated in all the four contest organised by the club, namely, Humorous Speech and Speech Evaluation Contest and the International Speech and Table Topics Contest. He has represented our club for the Area B3 Speech Evaluation Contest and the International Speech Contest and has emerged as the 1st runner up for the Area B3 International Speech Contest and the 2nd runner up for Area B3 Speech Evaluation Contest.

As the club VPPR, he has participated in inter-club visits and also playing roles in other clubs.
