Area B3 Humorous Speech & Evaluation Contest 3 September 2008

Area B3 Humorous Speech and Evaluation Contest were held on 3 September 2008. Kay Wong, CTM clinched the champion for the Area B3 Speech Evaluation Contest and Lim Thian Seng, ACB took the third place. Kay Wong went on to represent Area B3 in Division B Speech Evaluation Contest held on 18 October 2008 and took the second place.

Hi Fellow Taman Indrahana Members, Good Day. Please take note on Area B2 Humourous Speech and Speech Evaluatioan Contest as per below: Date: 5th September (Saturday) Time : 2.00pm-5pm Venue :CIMA Toastmasters Club ( Map attach ) Lots 1.03 and 1,05 level 1 KPMG TOWER First Avenue ,Bandar Utama, 47800 , Petaling Jaya As there are 4 clubs in Area B2, each club will send 2 contestants to the contest. Good evening everyone, my name is Ang Poon Kenn, everyone calls me Ken. Today, the title of my speech is about Myself. As far as I could recall, me parents were not staying with me since I was 3 years old; they went overseas and started their new working life for some reason, and did not come back ever since. I'm staying with my grandmother, and she look after my elder brother, younger sister and me. I actually have not met my parents for more than 18 years and only communicate through the phone and social media. Can you imagine, 15 years of not seeing your own parents? 18 years of not having parents around the house, school and life.
